CSRD or IFRS S1/S2 requirements? Comply and Thrive!
We can help you as we have prepared disclosures based on TCFD on which CSRD are based on.
How can we help you with your mandatory non-financial disclosures such as TCFD disclosures, IFRS S1, IFRS S2, CSRD/ESRS, UK TPT and TNFD?
- Map out your current organisational situation (culture, type of data, process and resources) and analyse them against the mandatory requirements. Are you sure that all stakeholders are represented in your stakeholders map? What process did you use to determine materiality? And for the double materiality?
- Identify the actions needed to close the gap and develop a sustainability reporting-compliant roadmap for you.
- Detailed guidance on completing those actions and, if needed, we can conduct some specific tasks for you—for examples, calculating some categories of your Scope 3 emissions or identifying the hidden opportunities.
- End-of-period gap analysis, assistance with the third-party verification process and draft disclosure.

Why did we create this group?
While preparing Non-Financial Disclosures as in-house staff, we found that companies needed help to get tailored, accurate, complete, and comprehensive sustainability advice and operational assistance to comply with their obligations, such as Non-Financial Disclosures based on the TCFD recommendations. Some companies realise that the available guidance is silent on certain aspects of the company's operation, creating uncertainty, which translates to additional costs and time.
The new and upcoming sustainability guidance, framework and standards, such as TCFD, TNFD, IFRS S1, IFRS S2, CSRD/ ESRS, SASB and TPT, have more stringent requirements. For example, a double materiality assessment is required under CSRD/ESRS. Hence, the cost of preparing such disclosure will likely increase. In addition, the number of companies affected by these regulations will increase.
As in-house experts with relevant industry experience who have successfully conducted and managed the long and complex process of preparing for TCFD recommendations, we offer you fit-to-purpose and tailored advice and operational assistance that will help you fully comply with the mandatory disclosures. Our team's complementary expertise and background allow us to work efficiently, which means saving for you.
As a member of the IFRS Sustainability Consultant Content Programme, we, as sustainability experts, play a key role in accelerating the adoption of business procedures to provide reliable, consistent, and comparable ESG data.
