Turn Sustainability Reporting Complexity Into Competitive Clarity

Senior Expertise, Learner Fees, and a Veritable Track Record.
  • Are you confident that your sustainability disclosures fully comply with the mandatory requirements?

  • Do you know which mandatory disclosures apply to your company?

  • Do these acronyms mean something to you: TCFD, IFRS S1 & S2, UK SRS S1 & S2, CSRD/ESRS, SB253 & SB 261 and TNFD?

  • Are you sure that your sustainability and climate disclosures will satisfy your external auditors?

If you are not absolutely certain, then we are here to help.

So, how can we help you? Here are ways we can help with the preparation for sustainability and climate-related disclosures requirements:

1. We will map out your current organisational situation (culture, data type, processes, and resources) and analyse it against the mandatory requirements.

Answering these questions:
Are all stakeholders represented in your stakeholders map?
What process did you use to determine materiality?
What about the thought process to look at the double materiality?

2.     Identify the actions needed to close the gap and develop a sustainability reporting-compliant roadmap for you.

3. Detailed guidance on completing those actions. If needed, we can conduct specific tasks for you, for example:  calculating certain categories of your Scope 3 emissions, constructing your risk register or identifying hidden opportunities.

4. End-of-period gap analysis, assistance with the third-party verification process and draft disclosures.

Why did we create this group?

While preparing Non-Financial Disclosures as in-house staff, we found that companies needed help obtaining tailored, accurate, complete, and comprehensive sustainability advice and operational assistance to comply with their obligations, such as Non-Financial Disclosures aligned with the TCFD recommendations. Some companies realise that the available guidance is silent on certain aspects of their operations, creating uncertainty that translates into additional costs and time.

The new and upcoming sustainability guidance, frameworks, and standards, such as TCFD, TNFD, IFRS S1 & S2, the UK SRS S1 & S2, CSRD/ESRS, and SASB, have more stringent requirements. For example, a double-materiality assessment is required under the CSRD/ESRS. Hence, the cost of preparing such a disclosure will likely increase. In addition, the number of companies affected by these regulations will increase.

As in-house experts with relevant industry experience who have successfully managed the long and complex process of preparing for TCFD recommendations, we offer you fit-for-purpose, tailored advice and operational assistance to help you fully comply with the mandatory disclosures. Our team's complementary expertise and background enable us to work efficiently and leaner fee.
